Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Orbit AI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Replace this placeholder with terms reviewed by your counsel before launch.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you put into an Orbit. You grant Orbit AI the licence needed to operate the service: to store your Orbits, send them to the model providers you select, and display them back to you.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Usage-based limits described on the pricing page are enforced automatically.
Acceptable use
Do not use Orbit AI to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt the service or the third-party providers it relies on.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
